Director - Manufacturing Operations Consulting

The role is with one of our Bug 4 clients

Looking for rich experience on :

- Operations Strategy

- Operating model design and implementation

- Strategy for Global Business services for Operations (non-finance functions)

- Manufacturing strategy formulation and implementation (Manufacturing operating model

Manufacturing strategy and facilities:

- Business Excellence

- Plant performance improvements

- Growth enablement and sales enhancement

- Value-led ERP

Should have experience on delivering the consulting assignments in (not limited to) :

Operations:

- Operations excellence (includes Asset optimization, Quality management, Lean process design/ process re-engineering)

- Managed services in Operations (running plant operations, procurement, supply chain function)

- Manpower optimization for both white & blue collar

Transformation :

- Business turnaround for loss making businesses

- End to end Transformation program EBITDA improvement, conversion cost reduction, procurement cost reduction, manpower cost reduction, product portfolio rationalization, change management

- Digital operations transformation use of emerging technologies in manufacturing such as IoT/ sensors, Analytics, AI/ ML for operational improvement

New facility set up & Diligence :

- Conceptualizing and setting-up green field and brown field manufacturing facilities and Operations system design

- Operational/ Technical Due Diligence and post deal value creation

Qualifications :

- BE/ B Tech + MBA (must)

Work Experience

- Min 12+ years of exp with an amalgamation of industry and consulting or only consulting experience would be ideal

- Candidate should have excellent program/ project management, communications, analytical, relationship development (particularly with senior industry leaders), change management and team management skills.
