Job Description :

- Develop a roadmap for a low-cost design for the organization's Supply Chain focused on new greenfield sites

- Pilot and successfully validate new designs and new approaches

Description :

- Set-up the team - vision, goals, structure, workplan. Team members can be embedded in target markets for solutions development and roll-out - Lead strategy reviews with Supply Chain SVP and Sector SVPs, securing funding, resourcing, pilot markets - Develop a road map for solution development and implementation for the next 5 Greenfield sites. Extend to next greenfield sites and expansion sites

Profile :

- 10-20 years in engineering leadership roles in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Production System Design, and Delivery of breakthrough costs

- Business mindset with strong financial system understanding. Ability to challenge existing standards in search of cost unlocks and solutions that can meet requirements at lower total cost
