Responsibilities :

- Spearhead the production operation of the plant to achieve the Cost, Quality & Delivery targets.

- Lead the operations team in competitive technical advantage, production efficiency& cost optimization.

- Formulate short term / long term budget & develop business plans .

- Ensure the organization revenue plans are met .

- Achieve AOP targets on Sales, Quality, Cost and Continuous Improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost.

- Business Excellence through lean, TPM, TQM, Six Sigma, JIT, KANBAN, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Engineering Graduate with 15 plus years with strong experience in Manufacturing Operations from an automobile industry.

- Strong Exposure to World Class Manufacturing Systems like Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, TQM & Kanban .
