Director - Operations

Role Objective:

- Centrally devise, execute and monitor growth for diverse business units

Role Responsibilities:

- Devise a central review mechanism

- Uncover areas in our target customer offerings.

- Plan and execute operations rhythm order fulfilment and customer success

- Identify alignment gaps with different communication and collaboration.

- Work cross-functionally to structure

- Using data analytics and market intelligence

- Set-up SOPs and drive them through metrics that drive Customer NPS

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch, high emotional intelligence

- Strong sense of personal ownership and 'bias for action

- Demonstrated ability to drive large scale operations and work with multiple senior stakeholder

- Good communication & data analytical skills
