Job Description :

- Excellent opportunity to lead the Operational Risk and SOX advisory team of a large MNC bank in India to strengthen control environment across their finance COE based out of their Gurgaon office.

Now, with the continued expansion of their India-based Global Hub, they are keen to recruit a senior operational risk professional with strong experience in SOX compliance and advisory working across finance functions in a global environment.

Description :

- This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive end to end process review and strengthen controls across areas of financial risk working closely with global teams.

- You will report to the Head of Global SOX compliance and responsible for driving Risk Control Self Assesment (RCSA), control rationalization, process risk health check and trainings.

- You will work closely with other business units like governance, operational excellence and audit for collaboration to drive efficiency across finance functions.

Profile :

- Successful applicant will be a CA/MBA with around 15 years experience across operational risk and SOX compliance with strong understanding of financial reporting controls.

- Solid understanding of COSO Internal controls framework and SOX is a must.

- You should have worked with a financial institution or consulting firm in a global environment with a proven track record of success in team and stakeholder management.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to drive results.
