Company is currently driving rapid transformation and is looking for candidate to lead Cross-functional initiative of Operations Transformation. - Operations Transformation Includes Workforce Forecasting, Supply Chain, Lead to Cash, Budgeting & Controls, Resource Efficiency, related Human Resource management processes. Successful Candidate will require to drive the change across the business, streamline process and promote Digital Disruption. Role : - Lead Change in the Operations Management including the Digital Transformation to align operations to Business Strategy - Drive outcome driven Efficiency and Effectiveness improvement projects in every part of operations Value chain - Liaison with all internal stakeholders e.g. Resource Management Group, HR, Finance, CIO - Liaison with Partners like Consulting firms, Start-up etc. - Program Related Internal & External Communication - Craft project status reporting and executive briefings to update senior leaders on the program/project performance Key Abilities needed : - Phenomenally clear - Able to distill complicated ideas. - Strategic Orientation - Focused on long-term business goals and thrive on turning abstract ideas into concrete plans. At minimum Experience needed : - 7-8+ or more years in Operations/ Supply Chain consulting - Depth understanding of Operations and knowledge of Finance function for IT/ ITeS businesses. - Have worked with Senior Leadership team like CEO and other CxOs - Strong influencing, communication and facilitation skills - MBA from Reputed school will be an added advantage
