Director - Omnichannels
- Responsible for the development & articulation of the vision & strategy for the new lines of business.
- Redefining the way people are going to shop in future. Setting up the complete ecosystem of Omnichannel and online-to-offline business .
- Responsible to activate the offline experience in line with the business plan and strategy.
- Create a platform that brings together the convenience of online shopping with the trust, comfort and high quality service experience with customers' trusted neighborhood stores.
- Champion the highest level of customer delight across all lines of businesses managed.
- Responsible for ensuring that the revenue targets from the lines of business are achieved or exceeded. Motivate & challenge the team to achieve sales & profit results.
- Envisage and enlarge the brand footprint by launching new stores - crack new geographies / territories, acquisition strategies etc.
- Work with other senior executives to drive key initiatives within the business.
- Oversee the development and implementation of standards of best practice throughout all lines of business.
- Understand the changing retail landscape in order to take advantage of new opportunities.
- Automate consumer feedback process, replenishment's and other processes as you deem fit the sustainable operations of the business.
- Build & fortify the business model to understand opportunities & create a business solution.
- Shared ownership of all category specific marketing activities - like BTL activation's etc.
- Establish and maintain a successful work culture. Recruit, retain, and develop an effective team.

Your background :
- You will have an Engineering / Maters degree in Business Administration or related Master's degree and / or professional certification with 8-10 years of experience.
- Tier 1 institutes.
- Candidates with exposure into top Classic Retail, FMCG, Online / Offline background preferred.
