- You will be owning end to end offline sales for both General trade and Modern trade channel by setting sales objective targets (volume/value, product and territory wise, new product focused sales)
- Prepare and maintain annual sales & distribution plans to deliver budgeted revenue, Profit and Brand equity targets for the year based on category and channel
- Lead the general trade sales teams in translating strategy into sales business plans and go-to-market strategy within budgeted costs.
- Set up and maintained effective trade marketing plans aimed at accomplishing organizational Promotional Activities, Samplings, Consumer Offers, Sales schemes etc.
- Ensuring Stakeholder management who are invested onto the brand in form of Distribution Partners, Franchisees
- Manage channel spends tactically and strategically to drive profitable sales
