Job Description - Director of Offline Sales for one of India's fastest growing direct- to-consumer woman's active wear brand to grow the same from an online channel to a significant cross country offline retail presence.

Recently having raised a series A funding, our client is looking to be a niche player in the woman's wear industry by promoting fitness, fun and fashion in an all in one offering!

Job Description :

- Own P&L responsibility for entire offline channel

- Building long term vision and strategy for brand stores both exclusive and multiple brand outlets

- Identifying retail opportunities and collaborating with different functions to deliver on them

- Hire and manage high performance teams

Profile :

Should have:

- 5+ years of experience as P&L owner

- 7+ years of overall retail experience, especially in fashion retail

- Proven track record of launching brand stores

Great to have - MBA from Tier 1/2 institute
