Director/Offline Lead - B2B Marketing - BFSI (10-17 yrs)

What you'll do:

- Identify key industry events, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads - identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets

- Lead the planning and execution of various offline marketing activities such including events, roundtables, seminars, conferences, and workshops such as to position Signzy as a thought leader in the Fintech space

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's overall corporate goals

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure seamless execution of offline marketing initiatives

- Build connections with external vendors, agencies, and partners to maximize the impact of offline marketing campaigns and initiatives

- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and activities, derive actionable insights and work on continuous improvement

- Stay updated on industry best practices, innovations, and new technologies in offline marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

What you'll bring:

- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in offline marketing, with a focus on events, roundtables, and other offline channels, preferably in the Fintech or financial services industry

- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful offline marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
