The role plays a major role in managing and delivering change and business unit expectations as well as in resolving escalated operational and non-operational issues related to Network Services. Manages the professional and corporate interface relationship with the Supplier/s.
The role leads the service governance organization and trains the governance resources on their responsibilities and duties. The role develops, directs, implements, and coordinates activities and processes to manage the relationship with Suppliers and Stakeholders.
He will be responsible for ensuring the provision and performance of Network Services which meet the standards, quality and cost demanded by Organisation in a timely and cost effective manner.
The role has overall responsibility for achieving agreed service levels and business cases with internal teams and strategic partners ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled for both parties.
The role acts as the high-level point of contact for Network Services related matters, ensuring that all communications between suppliers and Organisation take place effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner and is the final point of escalation for most significant issues or problems raised by the supplier, users or own staff, and arbitrates in situations where the team members feel unable to deal with the issue themselves without more senior management support or advice.

Strong appreciation of the IT infrastructure and application area in a complex cross-regional environment
Proven experience of leading and managing teams in a diverse and extended logistical environment
Excellent commercial awareness
