Director - Mortgage - Real Estate

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for transiting the US mortgage process to India.

- Design various transition tool kits, transition manuals based on various methodologies, SOP, Process maps and Training Manuals

- Required to handle a team across multiple US Mortgage processes i.e. loan processor, underwriting, closings and post-closing processes, audit.

- Responsible for managing processes/SOPs, streamlining workflows and enhancing employee engagement levels within an organization.

- Responsible for handling US clients for Residential Mortgage Processing.

- Responsible for client engagement and escalation handling.

- Responsible for productivity improvement.

- Responsible for Attrition & Succession planning.

Experience Required:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in managing team

- Should have experience in US mortgage industry (Underwriting, closing, post closing, loan processing)

- Have handled end to end transitioned of a process in past.

- Strong business knowledge and analytical skills

- Process oriented.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Flexible in terms of timeshifts, based on business requirements
