Key Objectives of the Job Ensure &amp; implement effective M&amp;E systems and scale it over the next 3 years. - Conduct relevant Research studies. 4. Major Deliverables The major responsibilities are: - Strengthen, manage &amp; lead the Research, M&amp;E team - Draft evaluation tools and their revisions as well as data collection procedures - Work closely with internal services team and external partners to have an effective M&amp;E system - Closely monitor the data and provide analysis and quality report outputs to CEO &amp; other respective departmental heads/Directors - Conduct evaluations continually for all programmes to understand impact and guide the strategy of the organization - Conduct Research studies relevant to further understand the issue of CSA in India 5. Job Challenge - To provide direction in developing effective M &amp;E systems and research activities, and ensure implementation of the same in the context of a nuanced issue like CSA - Continuous strategy and ideation with senior team and Board members to refine company's direction of travel with a focus on intellectual property creation - Building a low attrition, high quality, motivated team, and providing direction and mentorship to large, young and diverse teams 6. Specialized job competencies - Ability to ideate and work independently to materialize the organizational goals of Research, M &amp; E 7. Educational Qualification - Post Graduation in social sciences, development studies, statistics, demography, economics or related fields 8. Desired Experience - Having experience of leading programmes for 10 years, out of which 3-4 years must be M&amp;E experience. - Should be a stickler for detail and process adherence. 9. Other desired attributes - Inter-personal skills and perseverance 10. Location : Mumbai 11. Salary range Rs. 1.20 - 1.60 lakh per month. (depending on qualification and years of experience)
