Led the biggest project of Integrated Middle Office Transition of Credit Business
Managed the largest team, successfully accomplished go live date within the stipulated timeline
Successfully implemented the Initiatives taken for effective collaboration, integration and communication
Met stakeholders expectations with respect to operational excellence and service delivery
Change Leadership - Lead process improvement through process excellence and robotics projects
Lead governance calls with onshore stakeholders on various aspects like SLA Delivery, Operations Incident
Logs, Business & Industrialization Initiatives, Service line/IT Issues etc
Responsible for managing Internal Control Assessment Programme for credit
Talent Management and career planning for the team
Headcount/Resource Allocation
