Director Mergers & Acquisitions

M&A:

- Assist or lead in origination of M&A/minority investments deal pipeline for the Company

- Perform investment evaluation of prospective targets shortlisted for consideration by the Company 's leadership

- Build investment thesis for investments/partnerships

- Structuring and leading preparation of transaction materials including presentations, Investment committee notes & financial models

- Independently handle execution of transactions, including coordinating with representatives from target company, the Company internal legal and tax advisors and consultants performing due diligence

- Assist in transaction structuring with legal teams

- Assist in negotiation of transaction agreements

- Monitor and enhance the performance of existing investments by highlighting issues early on through regular monthly analysis

- Lead portfolio analysis and ad-hoc research projects for identifying M&A/investment opportunities

- Working with existing investee companies to deepen commercial partnerships with the Company different business units

- Lead a team of analyst(s) or senior manager(s) to drive 'end-to-end' execution for all transactions considered in new or existing investments
