Director - Merger & Acquisitions Tax - CA Firm

This opportunity is with a leading CA firm in Noida. They are looking for candidates at Director level and some who has the below skill set.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's):

Client Engagement & Delivery:

- M&A Tax/ Transaction Tax Advisory and opinion on Merger, Demergers, Slump sales, Business Succession and Transaction Tax

- Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation (Domestic & International)

- Advising on international tax issues such as Cross Border Transactions, DTAA aspects, Withholding Tax, Permanent Establishments, Foreign Company Strategies, Repatriations, etc.

- Advising on Corporate Tax Planning, strategic issues and complex tax matters including business reconstruction.

- Develop strong professional relationship with the Senior Management of Client groups from diverse industries with an objective to be their trusted advisor and a go-to person.

- Lead multiple complex tax engagements, planning and day-to-day delivery.

- Managing and mentoring the team to ensure timely delivery of quality work.

- Display Leadership capability by managing client relations, Business Development and growing the division
