Director - Medical Services

- 15 + yrs of experince , MBBS is a must , Someone who has been working as medical director for last 8 years with exposure in quality and NABH.

1. Handle Consultant Management, P&L , Operations

2. Responsible for empanelment of Visiting Consultant and overseeing and facilitating their contribution.

3. Responsible for appraisal of job output of all employees reporting to the department.

4. Liasion with Govt. Health Authorities/ Police on healthcare issues.

5. Respond to the Media on any healthcare issues on behalf of the hospital(including Medical Bulletins).

6. Take actions on on Customer Complaints on health related issues.

7. Responsible for implementation of the committee decisions, relevant to the department, in coordination with the other departments.

8. Conduct academic sessions(including CME's) on health issues as well as participation in hospital staff training as a Trainer.
