Director - Marketing - Venture Capital Firm

Our client a global and established VC firm is looking for a senior marketing professional.

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's publications across all communication channels - PR, websites, social media, newsletters and other strategic initiatives.

2. Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.

4. Create brand's presence and identity in media, amongst stakeholders, potential clients and build strategic partnerships.

5. Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the firm's and portfolio's business activities.

6. Take end-to-end ownership of projects and deliver independently, with global-standard quality of execution.

7. Maintain and build new relationships with service provider partners.

Location: Bangalore

Ideal candidate:

1. An MBA with 8-10 years industry experience in marketing, preferably with a digital-first company/ Fintech/ tech-focused firm

2. Deep understanding of B2B marketing, with modest understanding of B2C.

3. Experience of managing a team

4. Well networked within the Indian and/or other Global South startup / entrepreneur ecosystems.

5. Demonstrated creative abilities in design thinking for websites, campaigns, or any form of visual communication.
