Job Description :

- The role will drive demand and lead generation efforts for the entire India market.

- Develop and execute a demand generation strategy to drive qualified leads and pipeline through Digital and Field Marketing.

Our client is a Series B SaaS Start-up backed by marquee investors. They are a work fulfilment platform for enterprises with their major operations in India and expanding to global markets.

Description :

- Lead the Demand generation team that works on Digital and Field marketing.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Category team to identify target markets and develop campaigns to reach and engage audiences.
- Drive the strategy to manage and optimise marketing automation, lead nurturing and lead scoring processes.
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of growth marketing specialists.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in demand generation.

Profile :

- 10+ years of experience in Marketing (Digital Marketing and Field Marketing).
- Must have managed a team of marketing professionals.
- Must have worked on Demand Generation through Paid marketing, Digital marketing, Field marketing, SEO and SEM.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse market trends and customer behaviour.
