Director - Marketing - Legal Tech

This legal tech company is the technology industry's most strategic patent monetization partner. They work with the world's top technology companies, law firms, and start-ups.

The company is looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to direct and oversee their Marketing department. The ideal candidate has work experience in Tech Consulting and B2B marketing, preferably to the US and EU clients.

Reporting: report directly to the Founders

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to further improve the brand (internal and external).

2. Manage the customer funnel and formulate strategy to increase conversions.

3. Build relationships with media and build PR strategy.

4. Build and execute all marketing campaigns including Thought Leadership and continuously improve them

5. Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the founders as per marketing OKRs.

6. Conduct market analysis or customer surveys to identify challenges and opportunities towards growth.

7. Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events, like webinars, conference participations, speaking opportunities etc.

8. Hire and build a strong marketing team

9. Set short-term and long-term goals for the marketing team.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience in a leadership role in Marketing, especially in B2B setting with US and EU as target markets.

- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

- Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and Google AdWords

- Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques

- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent communications skills

- Strong analytical and project management skills

- Strategic mindset, with the ability to make right decisions.

- MBA in Marketing or Communications from a top tier university preferred
