About the Job:
Looking for a transformational and visionary marketing leader who will lead our Americas Marketing organization in Bangalore. This leadership role plays a pivotal role in the strategy and execution of our marketing efforts for our largest geography and will lead a highly cross functional team of Account Development Executives and Industry/Solution Marketing Specialists. The role involves strategic planning, ensuring alignment of marketing metrics with overarching regional goals, articulates a compelling vision that inspires a high performance team, while playing a key role in developing Company's market leadership across industries and solutions.

Americas Marketing organization in Bangalore has grown into a global center of marketing excellence that focuses on multiple marketing disciplines including account development, campaign planning & development, market intelligence, target account prospecting, customer marketing and process excellence. You will lead this highly visible and dynamic team of 50+ marketing professionals who are helping Company grow in a highly dynamic and competitive marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for driving the integrated Americas pipeline and ensuring the success of the Bangalore based Americas ADE (Account Development Executive) organization
- Develop the strategy and implementation of marketing engagements and programs that help identify growth opportunities for Company solutions in the web performance, mobile, security and media market place
- Be a trusted advisor to the sales and marketing leadership team and help grow an integrated pipeline through continuous assessment of prospecting/campaign quality and productivity
- Develop the next level of management and identify areas for talent development across levels within the marketing organization
- Play a key role in identifying tools and technology investments and be a change agent in developing innovative prospecting, campaign and marketing engagement strategies
- Establish a standard Service Level of Agreement in collaboration with Sales and Marketing Leadership
- Identifies market data trends and leading indicators that influence strategic and tactical marketing decisions across the industries
- Works closely with the Americas marketing leadership team and play an influential role in developing key industry and solution marketing strategies
- actively lead the articulation of market intelligence into impactful sales / strategic results through cross functional collaboration across Sales, IT, Operations and Services leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business or Science.
- 12+ years of total work experience in IT/ITES industry.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales / Marketing leadership roles with 3+ years of experience in developing managers
- Adept at developing and articulating marketing strategy across leadership levels
- Ability to collaborate across highly matrixes organization
- Thrive in ambiguity and endless drive for business results
- Outstanding spoken, written and presentation skills
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and SalesForce CRM
- Ability to work across US time zones
