Job Description
The candidate will be report into Vice President of Business & would be
- Responsible for creating and executing marketing plans for Business, Franchise, Events and lead all the marketing initiatives at the corporate level.
- Develops consumer marketing strategies and programs that 1) drive profits, 2) set the standard for innovation within the marketplace, and 3) continue to strengthen the equity of brands.
- Formulate marketing plans for strategic licensees including media, promotions, PR, trade marketing
- Lead research for Consumer Products to identify trends, consumer behaviour and shopping patterns to help licensees
- Leads and oversees marketing development, including all product launches (both ATL and BTL strategies).
- Drives account-centric (channel-centric) promotional strategies that maximize sales
- Evaluates new product and business opportunities with the goal of maximizing long term financial results.
- Initiates company-wide franchise plans for properties.
- Will be responsible for building the brand among Indian families and provide leadership in developing our key global and local franchises.
- Manage the P&L for core franchises by way of strategy and implementation. Drive the five year franchise calendar, annual calendar and ensure timely communication, forward planning and success measures. Responsible for driving and strategizing the live events.
- Work with the marketing teams across lines of businesses to build the brand and grow reach, relevance, experience for our franchises thus growing business opportunities for the company
The Successful Applicant
He / She will
- Drives strategies to maximize the long-term value and profits of key corporate franchises.
- Leverages synergy opportunities across functions and businesses & Establishes critical external alliances.
- MBA from Tier 1 / International Business Schools
- Atleast 12 years of Post MBA experience in FMCG / OTC business
