Wants to hire a strong marketing professional based out of Mumbai, with deep expertise in building B2B brands in the media space. Will report into the CEO. POSITION DESCRIPTION: - This is a B2B marketing position. - The Director, Marketing will drive strategy and execution of brand positioning, marketing plans with an end objective to create business impact amongst target constituencies comprising of 1) Decision makers at advertisers (marketers, ad agencies, media agencies, social agencies, digital agencies) 2) Current and future employees. - He/she will play a crucial role in driving the marketing agenda to achieve brand awareness and help grow revenues. - This will span across the complete marketing mix with a focus on innovation - advertising, search, social, email/database marketing, experiential, PR and content marketing campaigns, across both internal and external stakeholders. - Create a seamless and consistent brand experience across platforms. Improvise and scale up the database marketing program. Work closely with the CEO to build the profile of the business through appropriate interventions. - He/She will also oversee the investment in key marketing related technologies / infrastructure. Improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of the marketing programs through analytics. - Tracking, measuring, reporting and generating insights from data generated from marketing programs. - Enable the organization to take data driven decisions through strong collaboration and regular dissemination of insights (weekly, monthly and quarterly). - Develop a robust engagement framework for all stakeholders under a unified brand architecture.&nbsp; HIRING PROFILE: - Very strong, experienced (12-15) years) marketing professional with hands-on marketing experience along with proven ability to turn strategy into action. - At least 5 years of media industry and B2B marketing mandatory. Rest may be in consulting, advertising, media, technology. - Must be passionate about the role played by marketing and communications in building organisation brands and businesses in the B2B space. - Hands-on in leveraging digital marketing mix with a strong, in-depth knowledge of the nuances of each of the elements. - Proficient with web/digital technologies and various marketing tools and upcoming, disruptive marketing technologies. - Must be able to work independently - it is an individual contributor role. - Proven competency in driving functional excellence across the marketing organization, with measurable operational results. Successful track record of executing Digital Marketing programs. - Demonstated understanding of how marketing can influence the organisation brand in B2B markets. Collaboration and influencing skills across levels. - Highly passionate and energetic, with a distinct communication style that conveys expertise and confidence. - Hands on working style. - A deep desire and commitment to create truly outstanding output at all times, and on time.
