They are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the marketing vertical with a large team size. This role is based in Delhi NCR. Job Description: The key responsibilities of the role include: - Experience in managing large media budgets i.e TV, OLV, Display, SEM, social media, Performance marketing and Print media - Working with media team and media agencies to drive the product launch and sustenance objectives - Define and track KPIs on a weekly basis to deliver on the marketing and business goals - Developing value and communication propositions for the product launches - Strategize and develop content strategy through the product lifecycle of the product; from pre-buzz to launch to sustenance - Creative briefs to creative agency for developing creatives that can cut through the clutter in the category - Must have experience in development of TVCs, digital films and working with celebrities to drive engagement - Understand segment wise business objectives and plan how marketing will enable the levers to deliver on the business objectives - Plan marketing funnel basis the business objectives - Drive reach and awareness for the product launches through display, video and DSP platforms - Must have had the experience to work with Market Intelligence team and research agencies to gather insights and develop the creatives, testing brief, stimulus development, and testing Profile : An ideal candidate would have the following background: - Post graduate in Marketing with 15+ years of work experience - Must demonstrate a balance of analytical and creative abilities - Must have handled team size of at least 10 members Job Offer: An excellent opportunity to lead a large growing business and team in a fast-paced environment.
