This is a part-time role requiring a dedicated commitment of 10-15 hours per week, ideal for professionals seeking to impact the consulting industry flexibly.

Role description:

1. Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with IBC's business goals, focusing on market penetration and expansion in targeted regions

- Tailor marketing efforts to resonate with boutique consulting firms and independent consultants, highlighting how IBC's services can address their specific challenges and help them scale

2. Brand Management and Positioning:

- Establish and reinforce IBC's brand as the premier partner for boutique consulting firms and independent consultants, emphasizing your unique Hybrid Delivery Model (HDM) and tailored consulting support.

3. Content Marketing and Thought Leadership:

- Lead the development of insightful, high-quality content that positions IBC as a thought leader in the consulting industry. This includes white papers, case studies, blog posts, and articles that highlight your expertise and success stories.

- Utilize content to demonstrate IBC's value proposition, showcasing your expertise in various sectors and services such as market analysis, digital transformation, and growth strategy optimization.

4. LinkedIn and Social Media Marketing:

- Develop a robust LinkedIn marketing strategy focused on engaging boutique consulting firms and independent consultants through targeted content, networking, and engagement strategies.

- Expand social media marketing efforts to other platforms where your target audience is active, using tailored content to engage users and drive traffic to your website.

5. Lead Generation and Sales Support:

- Design and implement effective lead generation campaigns that attract and convert potential clients, leveraging digital marketing, email marketing, and inbound marketing techniques.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are closely aligned with sales goals, providing them with the necessary tools, materials, and leads to support their efforts.

6. Digital Marketing and SEO:

- Oversee digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence, including SEO, PPC campaigns, and email marketing, ensuring high visibility in search results and efficient use of the marketing budget.

- Optimize the company website for lead generation, ensuring it effectively communicates IBC's value proposition and services.

7. Networking and Partnership Development:

- Leverage industry events, conferences, and professional networks to build relationships with potential clients and partners, raising awareness of IBC's offerings.

- Explore partnership opportunities that can expand IBC's reach and capabilities, such as collaborations with industry associations or complementary service providers.

Qualifications:

1. Strategic Marketing Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the consulting industry or related fields.

2. Expertise in B2B Marketing: Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, especially in targeting boutique consulting firms and independent consultants, with demonstrated success in lead generation and brand positioning.

3. International Marketing Experience: Experience in marketing to diverse geographic regions, understanding the nuances of global marketing strategies.

4. Digital Marketing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, email marketing automation, and CRM software. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.

5. Social Media Marketing Skills: Proven expertise in leveraging social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for B2B marketing, community building, and engagement. Ability to craft and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and leads.

6. Industry Experience: Experience in the consulting sector or a closely related industry is highly beneficial, providing an understanding of the market dynamics and client needs.
