The appropriate candidate will be someone who has strong technical skills in Marketing as well as creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities that can be applied to - Help build up the Marketing Center-of-Excellence with six direct reports based in Bangalore. - This role will work on demand generation and digital analytics with strong focus on supporting our go-to-market campaigns while closely collaborating with corporate and regional colleagues. - The individual will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of digital campaigns, - ABM/ABX programs, account insights, operations, tech stack and analytics, building strong relationships across a matrix of Marketing colleagues to accelerate pipeline growth and sales cycles. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Work with corporate and regional marketing colleagues to implement high impact outbound campaigns by industry, solution, account, and buyer persona. - Provide account-based insights through market research and digital buying intent including industry trends, buying committee profile, company strategy, needs/challenges, competition, solution fit and initial value proposition. - Design campaign playbooks and organize best practice sharing on key topics, run effective nurture workflows and A/B test optimization to maximize conversion. - Manage campaign dashboards, synthesize system wise marketing performance data & run monthly reports to draw insights. - Introduce and amplify the power of analytics to drive efficiencies and support critical. marketing decisions - Streamline, centralize, optimize and automate marketing operations. - Help synergize revenue operations, marketing operations, analytics and campaign functions. - Deliver pipeline growth through high-impact global and regional campaigns. - Assist with industry analyst and influencer communications and relationship management. - Supervise internal and external communications for the company to increase employee engagement and elevate organization reputation and visibility. YOUR EXPERTISE : - Driving and executing strategic agenda and planning capability - Leadership presence and influence - Communications - strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. You need to be able to effectively tailor your communications depending on stakeholder involved. - Strategic thinking - understanding the big picture, getting clear on which activities will make the biggest impact in realizing our commercial priorities. The role will require you to be proactive and an agile marketing practitioner to achieve success. - Analytical skills - have ability to analysis and synthesize data and translate them into findings that can drive future strategic planning. - Martech skills - domain expertise with SFDC, marketing automation tools such as Marketo, ABM/ABX platform, account insights, buyer intent tools and basic familiarity with sales automation tools such as Salesloft. - Building external and internal working relationships and quickly gain trust of your key stakeholders and working in collaboration with all i.e., practice areas, local office key contacts, global and regional media, and marketing teams. - You have a team player and collaborative attitude, with a demonstrated ability to manage, develop and coach indirect teams. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION : - 10+ years of relevant experience in a progressive marketing / communications role - Bachelor's degree, MBA from a reputed institute - Strong writing and verbal communication skills - Strong Knowledge/tech skills across all key marketing functions - Proven ability to leading high performing teams in complex and matrixed global environments. - Demonstrated leadership / organizational skills - - Supply chain, logistics, omnichannel commerce, and retail experience a plus MORE ABOUT THE ROLE : - Direct report to the Chief Marketing Officer - India Marketing team consisting of six direct reports - Digital Marketing team - Marketing and Rev Ops Team - Global and Regional Marketing functional teams
