Creative and Design Lead - Lead the creative and design hub for TPIN - Supporting Operations and business teams on external and internal campaigns Job Description - Work with cross-functional teams across Businesses/ Operations, Solution Design, and HR to understand their marketing communication (both internal and external) priorities and translate them into well-rounded campaigns via online and offline channels - Lead, guide, and mentor a large team of designers to consistently deliver on top-notch collaterals, material, and campaign on digital and traditional platforms- Video, static, social media, PowerPoint, graphics- etc - Support client/ Ops partners in designing their communications priorities - Act as the creative and design expert for all things related to internal and marketing communications &nbsp; Applicant Profile : - Must have over 10 years of high-quality experience in advertising and creative services, digital, marcom, branding, and communication - 8+ years as a professional graphic designer and 2 years' experience in supervisory role - Post graduate or graduate degree in design (is preferable) - Global exposure, understanding of design trends across various geographies - Ability to work under pressure - handle crunched timelines, turnaround swiftly and be adaptive to frequent changes requests - Ability to prioritize and plan efficiently when dealing with multiple requests and stakeholder changes /feedback/suggestions - Strong foundation in digital and social media - Have worked on motion graphics and video projects. - Understanding of web technologies. Knowledge of creating landing pages/ Spark pages etc - Exposure to current ux practices and tools - Understand digital best practices, design principles as well as being a champion for user experience - Strong experience in B2B communication and copywriting - Producing sketches or 'storyboards' or 'roughs' or 'scamps' to communicate ideas to the team and internal clients - Define the creative strategy and the vision for the creative teams - Hands on experience with Adobe creative suite and presentation tools - Recognize design theory, composition, graphic design and show creative skills beyond 2D and technical knowledge
