Director - Marketing - Advertising Firm

Job description :

1. Responsible for online and offline event planning and execution for international brand building, PR and marketing promotion in India, to enhance its influence to advertisers and agencies

2. Develop correspondent internal and external resources, to secure a higher efficiency of event execution, on the basis of the overall strategy of online and offline campaigns for business and marketing goal. Apply event evaluation and value estimation methodology to improve event quality and ROI.

3. To initiate and execute industrial/WOM/interactive promotion according to the insights of ads product, tech innovation or business milestones 

4. Responsible for planning and execution of key events, online and offline. Establish the integrated project plan, and lead the team to cooperate with other teams across departments, to ensure successful execution, including content, PR and other management.

5. To assist to accomplish the business goal of sales team, professionalize marketing conferences, exhibitions, awards and other events, and define event ROI.

6. Initiate business cooperation with 3rd party or government, develop industrial influence, create speech /interview /press content for business representative, applying to B to B marketing tools and mythology, such as insights, showcase, industrial reports, integrated communication and other means.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing/news/advertising experience is preferred

2. Deep understanding and passion to digital marketing, overseas B to B experience is preferred

3. At least 12 years experience at marketing, 2 years experience at PR, must have event marketing experience. Experience of big marketing conferences/events or B to B events is preferred

4. Outstanding project management skills. able to manage complicated integrated event planning and execution

5. Strong minded leadership and team-work spirit, ability to push cross functional corporations

6. Experience or successful history of B to B brand management or digital marketing is a plus. Working experience at famous advertising platform, 4A agency, digital agency is advantage.
