Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and operational programs for the company and its group companies;
- Coordinate and evaluate marketing strategies of the group companies, recommend and formulate strategies to improve the business;
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish and grow the business;
- Define, manage, and oversee short-term and long-term marketing campaigns and operations;
- Identify growth and business marketing opportunities and provide inputs, in alignment with the company's overarching vision, values, and strategic objectives;
- Define, lead, and execute holistic go-to marketing plans to drive adoption and growth of the business;
- Develop strategic and tactical plans to build brand awareness of the company;
- Providing the sales team with appropriate sales enabling tools;
- Be instrumental in devising marketing strategies for each business/product line/product mix based on a comprehensive understanding of the correct target audience, brand positioning, and pricing, etc.;
- Deploy, build, and manage digital marketing and allied tools/channels as part of a marketing technique to achieve set targets;
- Responsible for the overall performance of the marketing campaigns and growth of the platforms;
- Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections;
- Responsible for overall marketing strategy as well as driving group companies marketing teams to deliver goals.
