Client - The Client is a US Market Research/Consulting company with offices in US & India.

Director - Market Research Project Delivery

Primary Responsibility

- Direct and steer engagements, lead effectively the delivery team to ensure that projects are delivered successfully

- Day-to-day activities involve interfacing with clients and ensuring client needs are well meet.

- Manage all aspects of delivery from projects from kick-off to delivery of final presentation to the client

- Projects are staffed/kicked off internally as expeditiously as feasible

- Responsible for the creation of all study materials

- Strict adherence to project timelines

- Effectively manage internal teams (fielding, delivery); ability to work with delivery teams working remotely

- Ensure project objectives are met and findings are presented with a high degree of professionalism, in a timely manner – making sure clients are delighted with the work we do and the manner in which we do it
Inform management of activities/progress via weekly reports and forecast revisions

Position Requirements

- A strong background in marketing research

- 5 to 7 yrs. of primary market research experience with a full service market research firm, managing projects from kick-off to delivery of final presentations, or

- 5 to 7 yrs of experience as a project leader in a consulting firms, or

- 5 to 7 yrs of experience in marketing/market research role within a client company

- Experience in managing qualitative and quantitative research, with strong skills in writing surveys

- Experience managing large multi-country/region studies preferred

- Experience with multi-variate statistical methods and advanced statistical modeling preferred.

- Experience writing reports and presentation to clients

- Experience with Fortune 500 companies preferred.

- Experience in Life Sciences is a plus.

- Strong communication, organization, and execution skills

- Must be comfortable learning and doing new things, and taking on new challenges
