Director - Market Access - Pharmaceuticals

Qualifications& Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Science, Economics or Finance) and 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ device industry

- Experience of 4-5 years as Director/Manager level heading either of the functions - GA, MA or IB Head.

- Strong leadership skills: can build vision and strategy and lead others.

- Ability to understand business priorities and payers' needs; Able to understand and adapt to different stakeholders' agenda

- Demonstrable record of creating innovative solutions

- Strategic agility: in-depth knowledge and broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry

- Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities :

- MA Lead will be to strengthen the ongoing MA initiatives and importantly bring the enterprise together with both Oncology & Non Oncology Access under MA Platform. Implement MA strategies to gain rapid and high-quality results and ensure high standard of compliance, to achieve the company's business objectives

- Development of Market Access Strategy for focus products in line with the business objectives across therapy areas incl Oncology.

- Lead and delegate the Ongoing MA initiatives like HL, CoE, HIH while strategically look at partnerships with state and central health ministry to accelerate, expand, and hand over the expertise of MA in NCD.

- Identify Health Economic Outcome Models within the MA initiatives, access the current access models, and bring a new tone with cost-effective outcome models with new therapies emerging (Biologics) as well as indications.

- With prior experience of assessing the merit of publishing some of the data and outcomes from MA initiatives will be critical for this role.

- Close connect with Medical and Government Affairs to develop and drive the MA Strategy with Health economic and patient outcome data
