Our client is a multistage innovation curation and venture development platform for science and technology start-ups that addresses the most critical social, economic and environmental challenges through the power of entrepreneurship and market-creating innovations. Since their inception, they have supported more 200+ start-ups including 60+ seed investments.

Our client is looking for a Director/Manager - CEO's office. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be required to provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO

Core Competencies :

- 6 to 10 years of experience and are somewhere in the middle of your career

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- This role is very cross-functional and has elements of both an EA & COO

- Ensure the CEO is prioritising the right things

- Help effectively communicate CEO's strategic vision and intent

- Help complete priority items for the CEO to the desired level of quality

- Keep the CEO accountable for commitments, while helping keep reports accountable for results

- Amplify and improve the CEO's communication. You would be in charge of tasks like running town halls, preparing speeches and prepping the CEO for leadership meetings

- Help the CEO level up the executive team.

- Do whatever needs to be done for all of the above

- Make better and faster decisions

- Gets a lot more of the insight s/he needs

- Gets a greater ability to drive high performance by developing deeper relationships with the team

- Able to hold people accountable for their commitments

- More time to be more productive
