Director - Management Reporting - Bank

Our Client is one of the growing MNC bank in the region and is looking for Head of Management Reporting to support lead, grow and strategic development for finance shared service center. This role has matrix reporting functionally and locally to respective Heads.

Brief responsibilities will include:

- Strategic direction and steer on the overall Management Reporting activities

- Partner with other senior leaders and stakeholders on various initiatives, actions in line with the overall objectives of group and the Management Reporting function

- Work closely with business and country CFOs to augment the numbers

- Effectively handle change management post migration of new processes (from design to delivery) to shared service center.

- Manage and escalate risks arising out of transition of new processes.

- Support the global location strategy for Finance, working closely with Finance Change Management and challenging against assessed strategy

To qualify for this role you will require:

- Substantial experience of banking, depth and breadth of knowledge in processes especially in the areas of Management Reporting

- Proven communication skills in dealing with local and global stakeholders across all levels.

- A business executive with strong analytical and strategic planning exposure, coupled with a thorough grasp of corporate development and finance experience

- Experience in working within teams, managing teams across a matrix environment and across geographies
