We are looking for an experienced and passionate Associate Director to join our team!

As Director, your main responsibility will be to support our Partner in departmental planning and monitoring progress and managing audits of various banks.

Position Summary:

- Director is responsible for Managing the entire portfolio of Bank Management Audits managed by the Firm.

- This individual shall be expert and knowledgeable and shall stay update himself on regular basis with the various RBI Guidelines. The individual shall have thorough knowledge of Banking. The Individual should possess good interpersonal skills and shall manage 2 fresh Chartered Accountants and team size of 25-30 people one down and multiple clients.

- The position deals with various departments such as HR, Billing, Accounts.

- The Individual is expected to identify potential clients in the sector.

Responsibilities : The Role of Director shall be to assist partner in managing Management Audits - BFSI and identifying new opportunities.

- Assist Partner in planning and managing overall Management Audit Business.

- Assist in overseeing and supervising daily operations of all the assignments.

- Adhere to and encourage compliance with regulations and internal policies and documentation for various assignment.

- Assist in staffing duties such as identifying requirement for resources, conducting technical round of interviews, managing idle time of resources etc.

- Assist Partner in budget planning, cost analysis of the assignments handled.

- Tracking and managing regular invoicing.

- Perform duties given by the Partner.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant 7-8 years of experience

- Experience in conducting Statutory Audits of Banks and Insurance.

- Experience in performance and operations concurrent audit of Banks.

- Knowledge of RBI Regulations

- Proficient in MS Office, Excel etc.

- Knowledge of related Core Banking Software (e.g. Finacle, Flex Cube, Omni etc.)

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
