Qualifications &amp; Skills: - Experience (two years minimum) of building and costing MS solutions. Technology, implementation, in life services and associated transition process and SLA's. - Understand the Networking, Storage, operating systems, hardware platforms associated with managed and hosted solutions. Our infrastructure as a service is based upon cloud technologies within Azure and experience in this area will be advantageous as well as experience with other cloud providers understand the IT Infrastructure Solution and associated Managed Services Solution concepts. - Previous experience of developing standardized Managed Services costing tools and pre-sales process. - Well organized, structured and able to articulate the CMS solution, service wrap and relate it with clients- needs both technically and commercially. Role Summary: - Support the CMS Operations team and provide key service delivery knowledge to drive this key line of business. - Be responsible for the Managed Services commercial solution, including the proposition, the licensing and ongoing services for service monitoring tools/processes and other Managed Services offerings (both internally developed and external products). - Having solid experience as part of a Managed Services provider for complex IT applications, infrastructure and hardware services. Have experience of building commercial propositions, back to back SLA agreements and service performance management and reporting. - The individual must have worked within an ITIL service framework and have experience of designing service catalogues to meet customer requirements - Maintaining effective working relationships with CMS Sales, Services &amp; Support and Business Development personnel. - Knowledge of Managed Service contractual constructs, experience in the development of contract schedules. - Ability to operate with ambiguity and able to define solution elements when all the required information is not immediately available.
