Director, PSG for Managed Services based out of Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad, India (primary location). Minimum of 5 years of senior level managed services role within a managed services or a consulting organization, at least 2 years in a managerial capacity for entire managed services engagement of medium to large clients  - Maintain ownership of all managed services account delivery globally to meet or exceed SLA targets. This is to ensure delivery of world class customer service experience to managed services clients  - Help craft the sales message and sales artifacts for managed services solutions working with the Services GEO leads as well as other services sales leadership  - Mentor and guide managed services teams in developing updating processes, templates, tools and artifacts for ongoing improvement of managed services delivery  - Develop strong relationship with support engineering team, product development team and CloudOps team to get answers to problems quickly so as to resolve issues on a timely manner as well as to align the managed services solutions offerings to the product releases  - Work with the services delivery team to ensure appropriate recommendations and strategies are employed to meet customers- critical business objectives  - Define, plan and implement the infrastructure needed to move managed services within company to be industry certified as well as to be used for customer visits  - Upgrade reporting dashboard to be provide real time state of global managed services portfolio  - Experience as well as demonstrated thought leadership in SaaS, PaaS as well as Cloud and Big Data / Analytics  - Pre-Sales experience is a bonus  - Ability to mentor stakeholders in identifying opportunities for and delivering high quality solutions  - Experience in implementing solutions in a complex enterprise environment  - BS degree, in a STEM discipline or business degree with strong technical expertise is preferred  - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence  - Demonstrated skill in customer service, team management and project management  - Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and perform within short timeframes. Must be confident and comfortable with ambiguity  - Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Must be a - self-starter  - Candidates must demonstrate ability to build and maintain working relationships within company and be able to draw on these relationships as needed  - Must me comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced company  - Must have the ability to travel globally as needed, up to 25%
