Director - M&A Advisory - Investment Bank

VNR Advisory has been retained a leading boutique Indian Investment Bank to help hire a senior candidate to lead the M&A Advisory business for the Technology Industry across India.

The KRAs for the role include :

- Maintain strong deal sourcing channels to ensure constant deal inflow

- Run the full deal-lifecycle from origination to closure

- Drive deep diligence, both Financial & Commercial Deal Diligence

- Expertise in running pricing models

- Prior expertise in successfully managing 3/4 deals at any time

- Be the industry SME for the company

The incumbent will be a senior member of the team, will report directly to the founders and to be successful in the role, the incumbent must have :

- At lest 10 years of experience in driving M&A deals

- Deep understanding of the technology industry ecosystem in India

- Strong buyer relationships in IT Services / Technology

- Strong relationships with PE/ VC funds and fundraising experience would be an asset.
