Director - Machine Learning - IT

We are seeking a Machine Learning Director for our client with profound expertise in Generative AI technologies, particularly focused on Neural Networks, Large Language Models (LLMs), PyTorch, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, chatbots, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and

Natural Language Understanding (NLU).

- In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with integrating cutting-edge AI functionalities into our product offerings, significantly enhancing user experience through the development of intuitive interfaces and advanced AI capabilities.

- Your work will directly contribute to simplifying the complex process of understanding and processing documents, leveraging the full potential of our Generative AI Platform to solve intricate business challenges with unprecedented efficiency.

- As part of our team, you will play a strategic role in defining AI use cases, prioritizing product features based on high-value customer feedback, and steering the evolution of our platform to maintain our leadership in AI-driven business process automation and data intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Innovate and implement Generative AI functionalities to enhance product offerings and user engagement.

- Lead the development of AI-driven features, focusing on user-centric design and functionality.

- Utilize expertise in LLMs, PyTorch, RAG, chatbots, NLP, and NLU to fine-tune AI models for domain-specific accuracy and effectiveness.

- Spearhead the integration of the latest AI/ML frameworks and tools into our platform.

- Guide technical teams with advanced programming skills in Python/pySpark etc.

- Continuously explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies for potential application.

Basic Requirements:

- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

- A minimum of 8 years experience in product management within the B2B software sector, with a proven track record in Generative AI technology applications.

- Strong foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in AI/ML technologies, including but not limited to PyTorch, Neural Networks, and NLP/NLU.
