Director - Legal - LLB - Captive Unit

Looking for Head of Legal, MNC Bank Captive, Delhi/NCR.

- Draft and review inter-entity Service Level Agreements between the Receptor and the Donor in the form of Master Service Agreements/Service Level Agreements, etc.

- Keep abreast of changes to applicable local laws.

- Mitigate and reduce exposure by ensuring legal processes, work practices and policies are appropriate in the current operating environment.

- Advise internal clients as necessary on marketing and distribution of funds cross-border.

- Provide internal training on Compliance, legal and regulatory topics in order for the business to keep abreast of regulatory issues and to enhance individual ownership of risk and fiduciary responsibilities.

- Provide advice on corporate governance and oversight of all Company Secretarial matters for the entity in India and Globally.

- A qualified lawyer in India with 15+ years of experience gained as a lawyer in a major law firm and/or in-house counsel of a financial services firm or Asset Management Companies.

- Manages multiple time sensitive matters in a demanding, fast-paced and fluid environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation techniques.

- Takes ownership of legal and compliance matters checking where appropriate with colleagues.
