Director - Legal - EPC

We are hiring for Director -Legal with one of the leading EPC Group.This group is a French multinational company, founded in 1902.It is the world's largest supplier of industrial gases by revenues, and has operations in over 80 countries with close to 50,000 employees. And its technology portfolio today includes more than 1,600 patents.

Position : Director-Legal

Experience : 15+ years of post-qualification experience with a reputed law firm and/or with a medium to large sized EPC or projects company conducting cross-border projects business.

Remuneration : Best in the Industry

Location : Delhi

Qualification : A Bachelors Degree or Post-graduation in Law (LL.B. / LL.M.). A Company Secretary qualification would be advantageous.

Skills / Knowledge:

- A thorough knowledge and understanding of complex EPC projects and contracts especially cross-border projects is essential.

- Familiarity with import and export regulations, projects related issues and legal complications arising out of the above including arbitration and other recovery procedures.

- Comprehension of business issues and customisation /implementation of legal/regulatory issues in the business context.

- Experience in reporting to and having worked with overseas legal departments and international / multi-cultural environments

- Experience in managing a team of lawyers
