Position: Director Legal

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

- To conduct risk assessment in all matters related to the legal aspects of a multi-national organization and ensure legal risk mitigation

- To minimize legal exposure of the company in its various businesses, specifically in the new businesses where there are no set and established laws, statutes or even commercial usage

- Take calculated decision on the course of action, litigation strategy etc., in case of legal action initiated by either company or by an external party (subject to management approval and concurrence)

- To provide legal support and guidance in carrying on business in terms of providing conceptual, structuring, documentation, negotiation and business support from legal perspective.

- Draft contracts, letter of intent, legal contracts and agreements with clients, partners, vendors etc.,
