Job Overview: The Director of Learning and Development will lead efforts to build and scale a learning and development strategy that integrate with organization's talent management framework. This is a strategic leadership role that is critical to the continued success of our focus on employee development at all levels of the organization. This role will be responsible for all programs and processes that facilitate executive, leadership and professional development and continuous learning of employees across the organization. This role oversees the planning, designing, building, and implementation of all learning programs and processes to support our employees and their work. This position is part of APAC regional L&amp;D CoE leadership team and India country HR Leadership team supported by 3~4 L&amp;D Managers. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: - Lead all learning and development activities across India - Provide a broad range of learning solutions across cultures, including digital/e-learning, virtual and instructor-led environments - Establish a partnership with talent management and ensure learning and development activities are heavily integrated with the organization's talent framework - Responsible for designing, leading, and evaluating leadership development programs at all levels - Strategizing and Leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include selection, executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs - Ensures organization values and behavioral practices are the foundation of all L&amp;D initiatives - Develops and drives relevant metrics that produce useful insights to guide organization talent strategies and measures the business impact of the programs - Leads, manages, and develops all L&amp;D team members; ensures matrix members are also engaged, informed and partnering effectively - Manage organization learning management system accordingly - Partner with HR leaders across the business to ensure learning and development needs are being met for all regions - Serves as liaison or champion between Corporate and area (regional) learning communities to establish common standards, best practices, policies and procedures - Assess learning and development approaches and contents across regions and integrate into the new strategy Successful Applicant: - You come with 10-15 years of experience in Talent management and Organizational development with exposure to Learning &amp; Development from an MNC setup - 8-10 years progressive experience in Learning &amp; Development/ Center of Excellence - You have in-depth experience of Talent management and Organizational development practices - Related academic and Professional certifications - You have been in leadership positions and are comfortable with leading teams - You have excellent interpersonal skills coupled with stakeholder management and international exposure - Experience both leading a team and leading in a matrixed environment - Proven track record of developing an enterprise-wide learning strategy - Experience implementing an LMS modules - Able to integrate learning strategy and tactics with other talent management practices (e.g., succession planning, career planning).
