Director - Lean Implementation - Automation/SCM - eCommerce

Hiring for multi-leadership positions for an Emerging Organization in eCommerce industry. Need candidates who are working in Automation /Supply Chain /Manufacturing Industries at Senior Level Positions.

Position Background:

- This position focuses on building Lean Supply Chain consultant capabilities, Lean Supply Chain business development (lead generation, lead follow-up, booking business) and delivery of consulting services to the firm’s clients.

- The role will engage client employees (at all levels) in the theory and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma principles across their entire supply chain operations.

- This role works closely with the cross functional business units and field operations teams.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate preferably with an MBA coupled with a minimum 15+ years of total experience.

- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in business, engineering, or related discipline is required. An MBA from premier institute will be preferable.

- Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified required.
