We at Corporate Shiksha are looking for self-starter sales professionals who will play an instrumental role in the growth of our business. Our clients include most of the leading Indian and multinational companies. We are aggressively expanding our footprint across India and the Middle East region.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver revenue by a dual focus on corporate learning programs, community membership.
- Develop the insight-driven prioritization of accounts to approach and our nurture to grow revenue.
- Initiates the strategic plan for each targeted account which includes mission driving, revenue generation as well as key interactions with specific goals across the organization.
- Lead high-level negotiations for large accounts.
- Focus on building new connections and nurturing the existing relationship that leads to new business
The ideal candidate should :
- MBA or equivalent Master's degree with 8+ years of work experience with demonstrated success in business development and partnerships
- Experience in structuring deals and successfully negotiating with CXOs L&D Heads and Business Heads
- Prior experience in a similar role (B2B sales, HR Consulting, Education and e-learning industry) will be an added advantage
- High level of organizational and interpersonal influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- A skilled negotiator with multi-faceted partnerships.
- Sound business judgment and excellent problem solving and influencing skills.
