ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the Knowledge Management Program for Organisation.
- This includes elucidating stakeholder's requirements, development of teams, identifying client expectations, defining knowledge processes, program execution, Etc.
- Position would closely support the strategic growth initiatives.
- The role has the opportunity to be leveraged by geographies including Africa, ASEAN and Middle East.
- This position will work closely with sector teams, strategic growth initiatives and will actively support the growth strategy and transformation.
- Shoulder detail interactions with senior stakeholders to develop a knowledge vision for the organization. This involved interaction with levels of management to understand requirements and define the core expectations for knowledge management engagement
- Design the knowledge sharing framework which included content tracking, content onboarding, taxonomy development, sanitization, content library management, portal management and periodic metrics for monitoring.
- Define content strategy, portal strategy and operations streamline strategy to develop a cross-industry knowledge sharing platform for the professional services organization
- Develop an ecosystem of knowledge sharing in the organization. Spearhead cultural change within professional services to help it transform into a constant learning organization
- Devise custom knowledge sharing solutions for Advisory, Tax and Audit Services
- Design processes and systems to represent explicit knowledge to bring about immediate value addition to the organization and working closely with top management to identify knowledge gaps and develop methods to harness it for organizational growth. The individual in this role would work closely with the Global KM team
THE INDIVIDUAL:
- MBA/Post Graduate with minimum of 15 years (post qualification) of strong & relevant experience in Knowledge Management and related fields.
- Must have worked in a Consulting Firm for at least the last 5 years in a leadership role in KM.
- Should have experience of leading and managing teams.
- The individual should have proven leadership capabilities and demonstrate the ability to develop the vision, interact with the India Leadership Team and effectively see it through execution.
- The individual would require to build the best-in-class Knowledge Team
- Ability to deliver to disparate groups of stakeholders
- Ability to lead individuals including indirect reports.
- Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing requirements, deadlines and requirements.
- Professional work ethic and result orientation that is targeted towards managing the objectives.
- Self -motivated and high attention to detail. .
- Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, the excellent track record of dependability.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: verbal and written.
