Job Description Position: Director - Key Accounts (Vodafone+Jio+Airtel) - This position is accountable for the overall relationship management with Telco Accounts. The role is focused on managing the account to drive profitable long-term revenue growth through the protection/renewal of existing business and identifying major new sales opportunities. With equal priority is that the customer experiences the highest levels of service resulting in a highly satisfied customer. "Key Account Manager" heads a client-focused team. He will demonstrate strong integrity and collaboration both internally and @ Client Location i.e. cross functional stakeholder management at executive levels is a key requirement of this role. JOB RESPONSIBILITY: Job Purpose: - To manage the customer relationship for Telco accounts. - Build Relationship with the Key Buying centre ( C- Levels) to influence deals. - Drive profitable revenue growth. - Deliver the best in class customer experience to our customers. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities: - Revenue and New business - Create opportunities for participation in Large deals. - C - Level Customer stakeholder engagement and escalation contact for all customer experience. - Create opportunities with focus on products. - Drive Digital Workshops with cross functional teams of customer. Engagement: - Own multi touch points and engagements in Customer- organisation i.e. Vodafone and internally. - Manage virtual teams including delivery, solution, service. - Develop deep understanding of the customer telecom spend. QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET: - B.Tech. - Sales and cross functional work Experience of more than 8+Years. - Experience in managing global accounts/enterprise solution selling. - Experience in complex change management and operating in a matrix, fast moving and technical environment.
