We are looking out for a seasoned key accounts manager with 6 to 8 years of hardcore key accounts management experience preferably from insurance, fintech or insure-tech organizations.
You will be responsible to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance organizations, identifying opportunities for engagement & account growth.

Responsibilities :
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders in insurance companies.
- Understanding the unique needs and objectives of the insurance companies and tailor making solutions meet the needs.
- Expanding business within the insurance companies.
- Collaborating with the internal teams effectively to develop customized solutions to address the specific requirements.
- Developing and implementing the strategic account plans to drive growth and penetration.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Requirements :
- MBA with 10 to 15 years of professional experience and 6 to 8 years of hard-core account management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience to manage CXO level stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
