Director - Java Technical Architecture - IT Firm

We have a leadership opportunity for Director - Technical Architect, Java with one of our client for Mumbai.

Mandatory Architecture and Design skills :

- Experienced hands-on technical architect for Java JEE solutions applications to work on very complex legacy engagements

- Must understand existing architecture frameworks, analyze, suggest improvements and provide governance

- Strong on Architecture and Design Concepts - Architecture Views (Application Architecture / Technical architecture/ Deployment Architecture/ OOAD / Design patterns

- Prepare High and Low Level Design Document using standard Design Tools and Notations (UML)

Leadership Skills :

- Must have worked as Lead Technical Architect - leading a minimum team of 4-5 Junior Technical Architects

- Assertive and Crisp Communication complimented by Presentation Skills

- Review of Technical Work Deliverables (Design/Code Reviews) and assure High Quality of Deliverables

- Mentor and Coach Technical Designers and Sr. Developers

Nice to have :

- Know-How of Any Structured Architecture Methodology (RUP, TOGAF)

- Know-How of technologies - Microservices, DevOps, Cloud Fundamentals
