Director - IT Quality - Banking Products

Looking for professionals with 18+ yrs of Experience predominantly from Product Development firm (primarily Banking Products)

The Job role involves :

- Ensure all projects within business unit comply with BPMS processes and tools

- Ensure zero escalations in the projects/programs and envisage and highlight project / program risks / issues proactively

- Provide insight to Top Management on business unit performance with respect to delivery and process goals.

- Conduct audits of projects / process related training on need basis

- Oversee and guide Quality Analyst and Managers

- Introduce and implement best practices and improvements in the business unit
