Role Brief The is incumbent will own product/s for development, enhancements, support and anchor delivery for strategic customers, provide consultation to the executive team Product ownership : - Responsible for product management, upgrade, customize and bundling as a solution - Align the product for futuristic technology advancements to embrace customer expectation - The champion new suite of products for emerging marketing/customer digital transformation needs Leadership : - Build and Manage a high performing team's for product/service delivery - Provide growth avenues for key talent and make them service ready for futuristic projects - Succession planning in consultation with HR Client servicing : - Engage customer at defined frequency for service delivery - Chair governance calls and aligns efforts as deemed fit - Handhold customer in drawing problem statement and providing appropriate solutions Finance : - Responsible for Product/s P&amp;L and growth - Collaborate with finance team for revenue accruals, leakage and work on cost economies - Ensure the right margins for QoQ You will be a : - A management graduate from the institute of repute, Engineering degree would be good to have - 15-18 years in building and managing IT Product/s with 500-800 member team- s - Exceptional customer skills
